Tottenham to offer Alderweireld for Zaniolo?

According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to submit a bid of around £13 million plus Toby Alderweireld in order to try and sign Roma sensation Nicolo Zaniolo. It’s well known that Spurs have been interested in him for quite some time now, but in addition to that, Italian champions Juventus have also been sniffing around lately. Zaniolo is highly regarded as one of Roma’s best stars and it doesn’t seem as if that thought process is going to stop anytime soon, but at the same time, Tottenham fans aren’t going to be all too pleased to see that there are plans to let Alderweireld go.

Toby has seemingly made it known that he is open to the idea of a move away, but given that the link to Manchester United went cold, a lot of fans had assumed that he may have changed his mind.
