Tottenham to target Gareth Bale

According to a recent report from AS, the appointment of Jose Mourinho as the new manager of Tottenham Hotspur could lead to some good news for fans who want to see Gareth Bale return to the club. The Welshman is believed to be a key target for Mourinho during the January transfer window, and while that may be a little bit too soon to get all of the details ironed out regarding the deal, there’s certainly a chance that it could happen during next summer’s transfer window, too. 

Jose has always been a big admirer of Bale’s game, and with him wanting a move away from Real Madrid as soon as possible, you would think that all of the pieces are falling perfectly into place. 

The finances involved have to be taken into consideration, though, because Bale is the sort of player that is going to demand a really large transfer fee – as he did when Real purchased him from Spurs in the first place all those years ago.
