Tottenham Hotspur are holding out for £45m for full-back Kyle Walker, according to the Daily Star.
The England international has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester City this summer but Spurs will not let him go on the cheap.
City have also been linked with a move for Juventus defender Dani Alves but manager Pep Guardiola is keen to sign two players who can play on the right side.
Walker has been with the North London club for eight years, racking up two hundred and twenty-eight appearances in all competitions and scoring four goals.
He featured in thirty-three league games last season but only started five of the last ten, with fellow England man Kieran Trippier getting the nod.
Trippier also got the nod as England lost to France in a friendly last week though Walker played the 2-2 World Cup qualifying draw with Scotland three days earlier.
