Tottenham’s Emmanuel Adebayor 5/4 to join Queens Park Rangers on deadline day

Queens Park Rangers are desperately looking for the players that can ensure their stay in the Premier League this season. Manager Harry Redknapp has been typically looking at his former side Tottenham, and eyeing up the players out-of-favour at White Hart Lane.

Striker Emmanuel Adebayor has been out of the squad at Tottenham for a serious of personal issues, but he now finds himself below in the pecking order upon his return. As a result, the Hoops are looking at a possible loan deal for the Togolese international, that will see him join the fellow Londoners until the end of the season.

However, Spurs’ lack of strength in depth could well see the deal hard to push through. Tottenham have three competitions still to play for this season, and they will need at least three available strikers to rotate to ensure players aren’t suffering fatigue. But Adebayor’s unhappiness at White Hart Lane may well force Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to let him go.

As a result, Ladbrokes are giving odds of 5/4 for Adebayor to join Queens Park Rangers on deadline day.
