Toure back to Premier League?

According to Sky Sports News, Yaya Toure is set to arrive back in London – where he lives – in the wake of leaving Olympiakos, and he seems to believe that he can still do a solid job in the Premier League.

His pay as you play deal was a problem for the Greek side, which was one of the primary reasons why they decided to let the 35 year old go. He has reportedly turned down offers from China and America, likely in search of something in English football.

His last competitive game was in early November but he is said to have kept himself in pretty good shape, with West Ham United being one club who were said to be interested in signing him once upon a time.

If he does return, or if he goes elsewhere, it would almost certainly mark the final big move of his legendary career as he moves towards his late thirties.
