Traore set for Wolves return

According to a recent report from Marca, Barcelona are ‘unwilling’ to re-sign Adama Traore on a permanent basis this summer.

While he may have enjoyed a strong start to life back at the Nou Camp, Traore hasn’t quite been able to maintain that consistency in recent months. Instead, while Barca may have been flourishing, he’s been left to wonder where it all went wrong – again.

His parent club Wolves have had their own difficulties recently and even though they may ship him back off pretty quickly, a reunion in the summer could do wonders for all parties involved.

Bruno Lage needs to be backed during the window if he’s going to help the club reach their full potential and to an extent, the same is true for Xavi at Barca.

Traore may not fit into either system but instead of dragging it out, this is something that should be resolved sooner rather than later.
