French striker David Trezeguet wants to help Juventus win the Champions League this season.
The former Monaco ace is currenly in rehabilitation after having had surgery on a knee tendon problem he suffered in September.
It is expected that Trezeguet will be back in the New Year.
“I had two really bad months,†Trezeguet told Tuttosport.
“But I have finally been reunited with my teammates and that will fire me up.
“I want to get back on the pitch and I am extremely happy that Juve have progressed in the Champions League.
“The Champions League is the best competition to play in and I want to be fully fit to contribute to the European cause.â€Â
