Liverpool defender Kostas Tsimikas is aiming to win every trophy possible this season after making his 100th appearance for the club against West Ham on Sunday.
Tsimikas replaced Andy Robertson in the Reds’ 5-0 win at the London Stadium, making his second outing after returning from an ankle injury picked up in November.
During his time on Merseyside, the Greek international has often been a back-up to Robertson, making his most appearances during the 2022-23 season (20).
Across his century of appearances, Tsimikas has notched 17 assists, but is yet to score for the Reds in a competitive game since his move from Olympiacos back in 2020.
He did score the winning penalty in Liverpool’s FA Cup win over Chelsea in 2022, while also assisting Virgil van Dijk for the winner against the Blues in the EFL Cup showpiece last season.
Having won three trophies during his Anfield career, Tsimikas now wants to contribute to further successes, with the Reds top of the Premier League and Champions League tables.
“I’m 100 per cent sure I want to win everything. I think this team can win everything, so every competition ahead is clear for us,” Tsimikas said.
“We have to win every single game we have ahead and [try] to win every competition.
“We set our goals from the start of the season and the only thing we have to do is exactly that, to go out there and show to the world we are good players, we play incredible football and we win football matches.”

Tsimikas also lauded Mohamed Salah’s start to the campaign, with the Egyptian sending more records tumbling after his performance against the Hammers.
Salah became the first Liverpool player ever to reach 20 goals in eight consecutive seasons, and also scored and assisted in the same Premier League match for the eighth time in 2024-25 – a record for the division.
The Egyptian has now been involved in 52 goals in all competitions in 2024 (29 goals, 23 assists), more than any other player in Europe’s big five leagues.
“I see him more hungry for the Premier League and every competition,” said Tsimikas.
“I think he wants to show to everybody that at this time we are now, he is the best football player in the world.
“For me personally, he is. The things he does inside the pitch are incredible, the numbers he does every game, and especially on the training ground with all the work he puts in.
“He deserves everything, and I’m really happy for him.”
Up next for Liverpool is rivals Manchester United at Anfield, with Salah hoping to pile more misery on Ruben Amorim’s side.
He has both scored more goals (12) and provided more assists (six) against the Red Devils than any other player in Premier League history.
