(GSM) – Turkish giants Galatasaray lost their second Super Lig match in a row, suffering a 0-2 home defeat by Bursaspor.

The season could not have started in a much worse way for Frank Rijkaard’s Galatasaray, who had already lost their season opener at Sivasspor.

It was Bursaspor’s Serbian striker Ivan Ergic, who spent most of his career in Switzerland playing for Basel, to score the opening goal on 15 minutes.

And while ‘Gala’ were still looking for the equaliser, the forward went on to add a second and deciding goal with eight minutes left to play in Istanbul.

While Galatasaray fall to the bottom of the league, Bursaspor occupy the top position with six points from two games.
