BB Ankaraspor and Besiktas have secured a spot in the semi finals of the Turkish Cup, beating Denizlispor and Antalyaspor on aggregate.
Ankaraspor had drawn 1-1 with Denizlispor in the first leg but won 2-1 in the second at home. Bilal Kisa scored on 56 minutes and Özer Hurmaci added a second shortly before the end. Emil Angelov got one back in the 86th minute but the hosts held on to their lead to advance.
Besiktas were on course for a spot in the next stage following last week’s 0-2 win in Antalya and added a 3-1 home victory to take away all doubts.
Home goals came from Bobo, Ibrahim Üzülmez and Serdar Özkan, and the only away goal was scored by Ahmet Kuru.
