Sivasspor are the only leaders in the Turkish league following a narrow win over Eskisehirspor. Galatasaray suffered a painful defeat by Kocaelispor.

Following Trabzonspor’s 0-2 defeat by Denizlispor on Saturday, Sivasspor had a chance to create a gap with their nearest rivals, with who they had been sharing the lead for several weeks.

One goal was enough for Sivasspor to do so, with Yanick Kamanan netting the winner after only seven minutes.

In Istanbul meanwhile, Galatasaray did take an early lead through Mehmet Topal but Taner Gülleri (2) and Murar Hacioglu turned things around for 1-3. Lincoln then did something back for the hosts but Güller went on to add another two for a 2-5 final result. The forward moves into second place in the topscorers ranking.
