Trabzonspor haven’t been able to keep up with leaders Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig, being held to a 2-2 draw by Galatasaray on Sunday.

Alanzinho put Trabzonspor in the lead after just seven minutes but Czech striker Milan Baros equalised in the 19th. Arda Turan then made it 1-2 six minutes after the hour.

The home side would get one point as Gustavo Colman levelled with six minutes to go. Galatasaray’s Yaser Yildiz had been red-carded shortly before.

Sivasspor remain in first place with 49 points from 24 games. Besiktas have one point less and Trabzonspor follow at another two points.
