(GSM) – Chelsea’s rookie keeper Ross Turnbull is in line to face cross-city rivals West Ham United as reserve goalkeeper Hilario is unavailable through injury.
Hilario suffered an injury to an abductor muscle in the FA Cup quarter-final win over Stoke.
And he is also a doubt for the last 16 return leg against Jose Mourinho’s Internazionale on Tuesday night, which could lead to Turnbull facing the defending Serie A champions.
But for the Blues clash with the Hammers, Turnbull will be guarding the posts and young keeper Rhys Taylor will be on the substitute’s bench.
Full-back Jose Bosingwa (knee), midfielder Michael Essien (knee), left-back Ashley Cole (ankle) and defender Ricardo Carvalho (hamstring) are also out.
