Dutch giants Twente are pondering a January bid for Groningen winger Dusan Tadic, Voetbal International has revealed.
The 23-year-old has been in impressive form ever since he arrived at Euroborg last summer, and has caught the attention of big European clubs.
After topping the Eredivisie charts with 22 assists last season, the Serb has scored three goals and added six more assists in first 14 rounds this term.
According to Voetbal International, Twente are set to make a move for Tadic, who they see as a perfect replacement for Bryan Ruiz.
Other Dutch giants are also keen on the player, but Groningen would prefer to keep the Serbian midfielder at Euroborg for at least another season.
They are ready to offer Tadic a four-year extension to his current contract, which expires in June 2013.
