Italy’s top league is back for another round of games with the levels of excitement growing to an almost unbearable level. With this in mind, Udinese host SPAL on Sunday.

Udinese have been impressive in the current campaign and they are well in the hunt for a European place for next season. After 19 games they have won nine, drawn once and lost nine, scoring 33 goals and conceding 27 times. In their last five they have won four and drawn once which has seen them onto 28 points, and with their game in hand, they will feel that they can move into the final Europa League spot, securing European football for next season.

SPAL, on the other hand, have been struggling massively this season. After 20 games they have won three, drawn six and lost 11 times, scoring 21 goals and conceding 38 times.
