Inter Milan are keeping close tabs on Udinese defender Danilo, La Gazzetta dello Sport has learned.
The Nerazzurri are working hard on reinforcing the squad ahead of the new season, while at the same time they are trying to prevent star players from leaving.
While it appears that Fredy Guarin will be staying at Meazza after all, defender Andrea Ranocchia could be sold if the right offer comes along.
Should that happen, Walter Mazzarri will attempt to sign Udinese stopper Danilo, who has been in fine form this season.
The 29-year-old is valued at €7 million, but Inter officials believe they can lower the asking price by sending youngster Samuele Longo in the opposite direction.
Udinese have been following the talented forward for a while now and they would be interested in luring him to Stadio Friuli.
Inter target Danilo has spent last two years with the Zebrette, making 69 Serie A appearances and scoring 3 goals.
