Udinese president Franco Soldati has revealed that Barcelona are the favourites to sign Alexis Sanchez.
The Zebretti president admits that the club have opened talks with interested clubs regarding several Udinese players.
“Today is an important day with several meetings planned, not just the one with Juve,” President Soldati told Radio Sportiva.
“We will not define the negotiations today, as there are many clubs interested in our players.
“What I read in the newspapers is true, as everything revolves around the economic aspect and the players offered in part-exchange.”
Soldati says that Barcelona are closing in on Sanchez, while Juventus are in the driving seat to sign Gokhan Inler.
“There are also some English sides looking at Sanchez, as Manchester City and United have been tracking him all year. So have Barcelona and at this moment they are the favourites ahead of Juventus.”
“Juve are closer to Inler, but on the transfer market anything can happen. Kwadwo Asamoah will stay with Udinese.”
