(GSM) – Stuttgart stay on top in Europa League Group H following a 1-0 win over Getafe, while Young Boys move into second place after beating OB 2-0.
German outfit Stuttgart had already won their first two games and needed just one goal to add a third victory against Getafe of Spain.
The goal came after 29 minutes, with Ciprian Marica sending the ball past the opposing goalkeeper.
The match between Swiss side Young Boys and OB of Denmark had more to offer as the teams scored a total of six goals.
Henri N’Tsama delivered the opening goal for Young Boys in the 24th minute and teammate Scott Sutter doubled the gap nine minutes later.
Peter Utaka then pulled one back three minutes after the break but goals from David Degen (61st) and Senad Lulic (74th) removed all doubt. Chris Sorensen’s goal from the penalty spot, 4-2, was of little help to the Danish visitors.
Stuttgart lead the group with nine points from three games. Young Boys are second with six points, Getafe follow with three and OB are yet to earn their first point.
