Italian media outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport have picked up on a juicy rumour coming from Germany and from authoritative media house Bild who have published an exclusive interview with Bayern Munich star Douglas Costa.
The Brazilian who came on from the bench to score a goal for Bayern Munich in compelling 5-1 win over Arsenal in the Champions League Last-16 second leg in London is said to be unhappy is Germany.
Former Shakhtar Donets superstar had admitted to be constantly discussing his situation with Bundesliga club and could end up leaving the Allianz Arena at the end of the season already.
“I talk a lot with Bayern Munich and we discuss whether I will stay or find another team to play for. I am not always entirely happy here, but soon we will find a solution”, Douglas Costa was quoted.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals that Serie A giants Juventus have already made initial contacts with Bayern Munich in order to explore a possible summer move for the flamboyant winger.
However, in their latest reaction to Costa’s interview, Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness revealed to Bild that Costa is ‘desperately attempting to get more money from his club’, which is a view that is unlikely to be taken too keenly by the Brazilian player.
