Manchester United are set to complete the signing of Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha, according to Daily Mirror.
The Red Devils have already confirmed their interest in the talented footballer, but they faced a real battle with Arsenal and Tottenham for the player’s signature.
Daily Mirror, however, understands that United have moved to pole position to sign the England international.
Crystal Palace have agreed a fee in the region of £10 million, while they will also be due around £5 million in performance related bonuses.
Sir Alex Ferguson met Zaha in London to discuss his switch to Old Trafford, which is enough to suggest that the player is on the verge of joining the Red Devils.
Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway recently referred to Zaha as the best player he had ever coached, while many agree that the 20-year-old is by far the hottest prospect in England at the moment.
