AC Milan winger Urby Emanuelson says he is constantly working to improve his game and wants to be compared to team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Netherlands international has featured infrequently for Milan since joining the San Siro outfit from Ajax in January in a reported 1.7 million euro move.
After enduring a difficult start to life at the club, 25-year-old Emanuelson said things are looking better and conceded he is taking valuable lessons from observing his team-mates.
“Before, I did not understand anything of what was going on, but now I am happy and I fight my own way, learning from Kevin-Prince Boateng,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I like to watch my team-mates play. When I am on the bench, I observe them.”
“Maybe one day people will speak of me as they do now of Ibrahimovic.”
Emanuelson has made 11 appearances in all competitions this term, but only two of those as a starter.
