(GSM) – Uruguay came back from behind to beat Switzerland 1-3 in a World Cup preparation match played on Wednesday.

The match was supposed to be played at Zürich’s Letzigrund stadium but security issues had it relocated to the AFG Arena in St. Gallen.

Switzerland took the lead on 28 minutes with Gokhan Inler converting a penalty, but Diego Forlan equalised only six minutes later.

Ajax striker Luis Suarez then made it 1-2 in the 49th minute and Edison Cavani added a third in the final phase.

Switzerland play in World Cup Group H, facing Spain, Chile and Honduras respectively. Uruguay feature in Group A against France, South Africa and Mexico.
