Uruguayan midfielder Mariano Adriàn Bogliacino has left Napoli to join Chievo Verona on a season long loan. The 30 year old was surplus to requirements at Napoli and the Partenopei were more than willing to let him go to Chievo. The Flying Donkeys have the option to make the transfer permanent.

Bogliacino joined Napoli from Sambenedettese in 2005 and scored 17 goals in 139 appearances for the Partenopei. Prior to Sambenedettese, he had plied his trade for Plaza Colonia, Penarol and Las Palmas ( the last two clubs on loan)

Chievo finished fourteenth in Serie A last season.
