Valencia and Juventus are said to have reached an agreement over the summer transfer of Joao Cancelo after weeks of negotiating.

Super Deporte claims the Portuguese right-back is due to fly to Turin this week in order to complete his medicals and put pen to paper on a deal with the Serie A champions.

Cancelo spent the last season on loan at Inter Milan where he impressed after struggling to gain his footing in the first few months. He became a fan favourite at the San Siro whereas Bianconeri also became huge admirers of his talents.

The 23-year-old defender is said to be the subject of a €40 million transfer agreement which will be paid in instalments across the span of the coming three years.

Cancelo is expected to sign a four-year deal with the Bianconeri and will earn around €3 million per season, plus bonuses.
