French newspaper L’Equipe understands that Valencia are on the verge of signing Bursaspor midfielder Ozan Tufan.
The talented footballer was also on the radar of Atletico Madrid and Fenerbahce, but los Che appear to have won the chase for his signature.
Namely, Valencia reportedly had an €8 million bid accepted by the Turkish Super Lig side, with the youngster nearing a switch to Mestalla.
Ozan Tufan came through the youth ranks at Bursaspor and went on to make nine league appearances in his first two seasons with the senior side.
However, he was thoroughly impressive last term, starting 32 league fixtures and scoring three goals in the process.
Despite his fragile age, the 20-year-old is already considered a first team regular in the Turkey national team, having started five of six Euro 2016 qualifiers.
Tufan usually operates as a central midfielder, but he can also successfully play at centre-back or right-back.
