Valencia go after Andre Silva

According to a recent report from AS, Spanish giants Valencia are set to make an offer in an attempt to sign AC Milan striker Andre Silva. The Portuguese star was heavily linked with a switch to Wolverhampton Wanderers over the summer transfer window, but it never quite came to be.

He spent last season on loan with La Liga side Sevilla who did not take up the option to sign him on a permanent basis, which is something that Valencia seem to be interested in.

However, they are only set to do so if Rodrigo ends up joining Atletico Madrid – which is a potential deal that has been heavily rumoured over the course of the last few weeks.

The expectation has been that Silva will be leaving Milan for a while now, and it seems like we’re finally getting closer to seeing it happen with Valencia stepping up their interest in the last few days.
