Spanish daily newspaper AS has suggested that La Liga strugglers Valencia are considering a January swoop for Paris Saint-Germain striker Jese Rodriguez.
It is no secret that the Spaniard is eager to leave the Saints in the January transfer window and his current employers will not stand in his way.
But, while he also has offers from Italian Serie A, Jese is determined to return to La Liga, where Las Palmas were the only interested side until recently.
However, AS understands that Valencia have now turned their attention towards the 23-year-old footballer after pulling out of race for Simone Zaza.
It is believed that chairman Peter Lim is determined to bring Jese Rodriguez to Mestalla, but los Che will face stiff competition from Las Palmas.
Midway through the league campaign, Valencia sit just outside the La Liga bottom three and they are priced at 10/1 to get relegated.
