La Liga high-flyers Valencia are keeping close tabs on starlets Andrija Zivkovic and Danilo Barbosa, according to Superdeporte.
New club owner Peter Lim believes that los Che should continue to recruit talented footballers before they realise their full potential, with the capture of Andre Gomes from Benfica the perfect example.
As a result, Valencia are now showing interest in Andrija Zivkovic and Danilo Barbosa, two players that impressed at the Under20 World Cup in New Zealand.
The Serbian winger had a key role to play as his side went on to claim the title, scoring two goals and providing as many assists, including the key pass to Nemanja Maksimovic that led to the winner in the final.
According to the latest reports, the 18-year-old is on the verge of joining Benfica, but there is still time for Valencia to try and hijack the deal.
Meanwhile, Danilo Barbosa is a holding midfielder who started six matches for Brazil at the tournament finals, having previously impressed in his maiden season with Sporting Braga.
