French media outlet Le 10 Sport is reporting that Valencia and Sevilla have joined the race for Saint Etienne goalkeeper Stephane Ruffier.
The highly rated shot stopper has so far caught the eye of quite a few of Europe’s top sides, while Marseille and Monaco are also keen on his services.
According to the latest reports, La Liga high-flyers Valencia and Sevilla are hot on his trail as well.
And while los Che aim to recruit a quality goalkeeper to challenge Diego Alves for a starting berth, their league rivals have experienced all sorts of problems due to injuries to Beto and Mariano Barbosa and may decided to sign a new keeper in the summer.
Having recently extended his deal with Saint Etienne until June 2018, Ruffier will not come on the cheap, but he may be interested in leaving les Verts after spending last four years at the club.
