The likes of Valencia and Tottenham Hotspur have been credited with an interest in Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto.
The 23-year-old has seen his playing time at Camp Nou increased this season, but he, nonetheless, started mere three La Liga fixtures.
According to the latest reports, Valencia and Tottenham are prepared to offer the talented footballer an escape route from Camp Nou at the end of the season.
However, with Barcelona banned from signing new players until January 2016, they will not be too keen on letting Roberto leave.
Sergi Roberto is another impressive product of club’s famous youth academy and he has so far made a total of 30 league appearances for the Catalans.
The central midfielder started three matches in Copa del Rey and helped his side reach the final by scoring two goals.
Roberto probably hopes to secure more playing time when Xavi Hernandez leaves the club, but it remains to be seen whether he will be tempted by the reported interest from abroad.
