Having scored 19 goals in 37 appearances in all competitions for Valencia this season, Rodrigo Moreno has sparked plenty of speculation regarding his future. He has, however, said recently he has no plans to move away from the Mestalla.
Nevertheless, Valencia have felt it appropriate to set their asking price for the Brazil-born striker, and according to Marca, that price is €60million.
Given the season he has had, Moreno is not surprised by the rumours linking him with a move, but his plan at this point is to stay at the club after helping them secure a spot in next season’s Champions League. But before that, there’s the matter of the World Cup in Russia this summer, and Moreno hopes to be selected by Julen Lopetegui to be a part of the squad to represent Spain in the tournament.
The attacker started out at Real Madrid’s B team, followed by spells in England with Bolton and Portugal with Benfica, before returning to Spain and Joining Valencia in 2014.
