Spanish outlet AS report that Valencia scanning the transfer market for new players for several positions in their squad before the window closes at the end of the month.
Apparently, one of the potential candidates is Dani Ceballos, currently on loan at Arsenal from Real Madrid. The midfielder has been linked with several clubs in the past and there is still no place for him in coach Zinedine Zidane’s plans. He joined the Gunners last summer on a season-long loan, but his time in North London hasn’t been going very well. Injuries and other reasons have kept him out of games far more often than he would have hoped, and it has been reported that he wants to leave.
Valencia may also need a striker, and that could potentially be a big problem. Barcelona are very keen on Rodrigo Moreno, and Kevin Gameiro has been linked with a return to Paris Saint-Germain. They are apparently considering a swoop for former Barcelona forward Paco Alcacer, now at Borussia Dortmund. They’re also looking to add a right-back to their ranks.
