Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart is confident of remaining at White Hart Lane.
The Dutch international has been an integral part of the Spurs side so far this season, but his rumoured poor relationship with manager Harry Redknapp led to speculation about his future at the club.
Several clubs, including Italian giants AC Milan, have been linked with making a bid for him in January, but the ex-Real Madrid playmaker has rubbished any transfer speculation.
He told The Sun: “Rumours come when you play well. I want to stay – everybody feels we’ve a great team.”
“It is fun here, we have big players and Harry is doing an amazing job.”
Van der Vaart had reportedly fallen out with the former West Ham boss for taking him off in games, but the player said there was no rift between he and his manager.
“You can have a little problem with the manager, you talk and it’s fine.”
