“But I’m not even discussing anything at the moment. The only thing I want to do right now is focus on the games and we’ll see in the future what may happen.”

Those are the words of Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk, who has made it clear that there have been no major discussions regarding his future at the club. The Dutchman made a rare mistake last night during his side’s 2-0 loss to Napoli, but aside from that, he’s still widely considered to be one of the best footballers in the game today.

He still seems to be pretty committed and dedicated to the idea of staying with the Reds and helping them to succeed, but with a few big clubs being interested in securing his services, you just never know which way the head of a player like him is going to turn next.
