Varane heading for Manchester United

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Raphael Varane’s visa has been processed and he has now arrived in Manchester.

Varane is believed to be self isolating before completing a medical with Manchester United, and the expectation is that a deal will be finalised by the middle of next week.

This is a deal that has been in the works for a long time now and while some felt as if it was inevitable, others were concerned that the fact it was taking up so much time was concerning. Alas, United appear to have their affairs in order and they’re now ready to proceed to the next phase.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will quite clearly do everything in his power to improve this squad to the best of his abilities, and Varane will serve as a big signing alongside Jadon Sancho as United’s push to become title contenders again continues.
