Vedad Ibisevic in shock Bayern link

Sport Bild has suggested that German champions Bayern Munich could make a move on Hertha Berlin striker Vedad Ibisevic.

The Bavarians seem ready to recruit a low-cost striker to serve as back-up to Robert Lewandowski and they have been linked with the Bosnia-Herzegovina international.

The 33-year-old was coy when asked about the possibility of joining Bayern Munich, which could suggest there is truth in the reports.

Ibisevic reportedly has a clause allowing him to join a Champions League club, meaning that a January move to Allianz Arena could be on the cards.

The Bosnian forward has so far scored 105 Bundesliga goals during spells with Alemannia Aachen, Hoffenheim, Stuttgart and Hertha.
