Ventura Praises Roma

(GSM) – Giampiero Ventura declared that Roma are the best side and expects their attitude will be a key against Serie A’s tough opponent Roma.

Sergio Almiron, Massimo Donati, Riccardo Meggiorini and Emmanuel Rivas are out of action, so the midfield is completely revamped.

Meanwhile the Giallorossi are one point off leaders Inter and making a charge for the title.

“This is going to be a game watched all over the world,” said the Bari boss.

He continues, “If we hadn’t dropped a few too many points along the way, this fixture would’ve garnered even more attention.”

“We cannot afford to play in a ‘normal’ fashion against Roma. We must always come up with something new and different to surprise them,” he added.

Ventura praised Roma, “Roma remain the top quality side in Serie A, plus their form and confidence is extraordinary right now.”

“Our attitude is going to be decisive,” he explained.
