Night after a compelling and utterly commanding display in his team’s morale-boosting 4-0 win over Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie, Italy playmaker Marco Verratti once again spoke about speculations linking him with a move away from Paris.
The midfielder inspired his team to a wonderful victory over the Catalan team in a night to remember and was utterly clear about plans for future, claiming to be ‘pleased at interest from big clubs, but I don’t want to change’.
Earlier this week, Marco Verratti’s agent Donato Di Campli revealed that his client would be willing to walk away from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but the 24-year-old playmaker has since then gone on to deny such claims.
