Leeds United are interested in signing Adama Traore from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The Spain international winger is out of contract at Wolves at the end of the season, and Leeds are keen on bringing him to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the middle of the season.
The report has claimed that it is Leeds’s Director of Football, Victor Orta, who is driving the West Yorkshire club’s interest in the winger. Orta signed the winger at Middlesbrough, and the Spaniard wants to work with the 26-year-old at Elland Road.
Traore has made six starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League for Wolves so far this season, scoring one goal in the process.
