Vidal not leaving Barcelona?

According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde considers Arturo Vidal to be a key member of the first team squad and will contemplate blocking any possible move away from the Nou Camp that he tries to make. 

The midfield maestro has struggled to lock down a steady place in the starting XI with Barca so far this season, despite being one of their most valued outfield stars in the eyes of many fans. 

The depth and quality that they have within their ranks has caused a bit of stagnation within Vidal’s career, which is one of the primary reasons as to why there has been so much interest in his services – especially from Inter Milan. 

As of this writing he is still a Barcelona player as we approach the January transfer window, but there’s a good chance that could change over the next few weeks.
