French side Nice managed to hold back Dutch giants to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the Champions League third-round qualifier.
The hosts opened the scoring through Balotelli but can count themselves fortunate to have avoided defeat against a motivated rival. Ajax put plenty of pressure on Nice and had a couple of chances to overturn the deficit completely, but failed in the end.
There was a moment when they could have gotten their lead and Nice can might as well thank this one particular fan for running on the pitch and ruining a promising play from the Dutchmen.
