Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone is a unique football character.
Similar and yet so different to Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, the temperamental tactician always wears his heart on the sleeve and the supporters know how to appreciate that.
Having been forced to watch his men take on Arsenal in the return leg of the Europa League semi-final, Simeone joined fans in chanting and celebration by waving his scarf and greeting the fans who serenaded him.
“You with us, us with you. Until death.”, they sang.
