It’s been a highly exciting week in the Welsh Premier League which witnessed a spectacular start to the new year.
Hitting the headlines in Wales is the Carmarthen Town goalkeeper Lee Idzi who scored the first goal of 2018 from inside his own penalty area during the match against Aberystwyth.
Idzi opened the scoring with an incredible punt which bounced over his opposing number and laid grounds for his team’s much-needed three points.
Incredible.
