As the Messi vs Ronaldo debate continues to make headlines, the Portuguese superstar often gets criticized for his arrogant behaviour, but he has proved time and again that he can be a real softy at times. A video has now surfaced showing Cristiano Ronaldo speaking to a young Japanese fan during an interview in Japan. As the audience started to laugh at the youngster for his supposedly poor command of Portuguese, the Real Madrid star leapt to the boy’s defence, commending the fan for attempting to speak to him in his native tongue. Surely a gesture worth praise.
