Serbian defender Neven Subotic was sent to Koln at the beginning of the season as Borussia Dortmund centre-back looked for an opportunity to gain fitness after a lengthy injury and was deemed surplus to the requirements by Thomas Tuchel.
Subotic returned to Dortmund this weekend to face his parent club for the first time as a Koln player and was delighted to see that Borussia Dortmund fans and their famous Yellow Wall give him the most chilling of tributes.
The entire stadium applauded and chanted his name after the match and the player himself was completely dumbfounded.
