He might only be 18 years old but Ethan Ampadu already has got the makings of a fierce footballer.
Not only is he a talented individual but he’s a brave one as well who won’t allowed to be pushed around that easily.
The 18-year-old Chelsea youngster was this weekend involved in a case of ‘street justice’ with Denmark forward Kasper Dolberg during the late stages of the UEFA Nations League match.
It was Kasper Dolberg who first chose to fire a ‘cheap shot’ – as Ryan Giggs called it – towards Ethan Ampadu, shoving him into the pitch-side hoardings and almost injuring the youngster who has just onlyt recently returned from a serious injury.
Ampadu was not to be intimidated, however, and went full force into the back of Dolberg less than a minute later. It’s an eye for an eye for young Ampadu who was applauded by fans for his ‘revenge’ tackle.
Smartly enough, Ryan Giggs sent his youngster home to cool down and decided not to include him in the squad travelling to Albania for the upcoming international friendly we previewed for you on this link.
