Spanish midfielder Xabi Alonso is preparing for his final professional match and there is no doubt that fixture against SC Freiburg will be extremely emotional for the Bayern Munich star.
Ahead of the Friday’s match, which will also see captain Philipp Lahm leave the Bavarian side, former Bayern Munich head coach Pep Guardiola and former Liverpool teammate Steven Gerrard sent a heart-melting video message to Alonso.
