United States of America put in a combating display against European champions Portugal on Wednesday and were unfortunate to ran away with a victory.
Interim USA boss assembled a combined squad which featured Ethan Horvath in goal and it was exactly the Club Brugge KV custodian who cost his team a triumph.
USA were goal up when Horvath produced a world-class blunder on a Portugal cross when he dropped the ball and let it slip straight through his legs and into the back of the net.
