Valencia star David Villa is not interested in a move to English football, according to his agent.
Villa’s agent hinted that the Spaniard has already snubbed a move to Manchester City.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona have also been linked with the highly rated front-man.
Villa has told his agent that he prefers to stay in Spain if Valencia sell him.
“David has rejected the chance to play in England,” Jose Luis Tamargo told the Daily Mirror.
“It would be a nonsense to negotiate with Manchester City and Chelsea aren’t interested.
“If Valencia do decide to sell him he wants to stay in Spain.”
