La Liga outfit Villarreal are set to complete the signing of Turkish forward Enes Unal from Manchester City, according to Plaza Deportiva.
Even though the youngster had been initially tipped to join Valencia, it is now clear he will sign for the Yellow Submarine.
Unal was spotted arriving in Valencia, where he was welcomed by Villarreal technical secretary Fernando Segui, with the transfer is set to be made official by tomorrow at the latest.
According to reports, the Yellow Submarine will pay €14 million for the talented forward, but Manchester City also made sure to include a €20 million buy-back clause in the deal.
Enes Unal had joined the Citizens from Bursaspor two years ago, but he never made a single appearance for the club.
The 20-year-old enjoyed loan stints with Genk and NAC Breda before going on to score 18 Eredivisie goals last season while on loan at Twente.
